Rents
Aruba Villa Florida can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 sleeps in villa and 2 in garden apartment) and is rented for a minimum of 7 nights. . The garden apartment is rented together with the villa only.
Rental prices per night:
- Low season June -December: USD 275
- High season: USD 330
- Aruba Carnaval: USD 375
- Christmas/ New Year: USD 450,-.
- For the garden apartment (sleeps 2 extra) there is a low season fee of USD 100 per night.The garden apartment is rented together with the villa only.
The Service/Tax Charge is 19.5% of the rental fee. Aruba Governement Tourist Tax is included.
During your stay the use of water, electricity and gas are included in the amount of USD 100,- per week (based on a family of 4 persons). Additional consumption will be charged at the end of the rental period. Final cleaning fee is USD 150,-. The security deposit is between USD 750,- and USD 1200,- (depending on the composition of the group).
Minimum stay of 2 weeks between December 17 and January 10,
A tourist information package will be provided upon arrival! Our Service includes villa management and support during your stay, free pick up and transfer to the airport, regular pool and garden maintenance, starter package groceries on day of arrival, towels and bed linens and usage of cable TV, wireless internet and beach/snorkeling equipment.

Changeover days on occupancy calendar (yellow button):
On the changeover day, you should leave at 10:00. Villa appearance for new tenants is from 15:00. In consultation times may, if possible, be adjusted to your liking.
